Hanao Ebisu (恵比寿 花夫, Ebisu Hanao) is a Judge in the Magic Law Association and the partner of Executor Daranimaru Goryo.
Appearance[]
Ebisu is a short young man with short brown hair and a blue nose. He has brown eyes and a wooden doll look. He wears a blue cape with a red bow.
Personality[]
Ebisu is a very loyal partner to Daranimaru Goryo as he was once saved by him many years ago and he has sworn to die for Goryo, which is proven when he nearly dies in order to save Goryo.
Etymology[]
- The name Hanao means "flower, blossom" (花) (hana) and "man, husband" (夫) (o).
- Hanao's surname Ebisu means "favor, benefit" (恵) (e), "ratio, proportion" (比) (hi/bi) and "longevity, congratulations, one's natural life" (寿) (su).
Trivia[]
- Ebisu likes ramen, Chinese buns (particularly with meat filling), taiyaki sweet waffle, takoyaki octopus balls and Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake)
- Ebisu is talented at assisting in Daranimaru Goryo's personal affairs (so he thinks, but so does everyone else in the Goryo group) that includes:
- preparing clothes and dressing
- scheduling
- driving
- arranging meals
- Early riser (doesn't need alarm clock)
- Ebisu has Claustrophobia and a fear of heights.
